     The first year of Spring League was the most layed back and social league i've seen. We played at the Arsenal Fields, and nearly every night involved spectators coming out to grill and heckle from the raised up cement seating. The ground was so dry that when I ran around, dust bowls came up and if I didn't keep moving, the dirt would get in my eyes.
