Camp Spirit of the Game

Camp Spirit of the Game is still accepting registrations for North, South, and City divisions.  Check out the promotional video  after the break and please pass this information along to any parents of 7-15 year olds looking to have a great camp experience this summer!

Already a favorite option for hundreds of Pittsburgh families, Camp Spirit of the Game now brings its unique approach to character-building, fitness-enhancing  fun to the City, the North Hills, and for the first time, the South Hills!  Affordable and convenient, Camp Spirit offers sports, games and swimming for active 7-15 year olds.  Our award-winning curriculum features the exciting new sport of Ultimate Frisbee and inspiring life-lessons about enthusiasm, dedication, teamwork and integrity.  Trophies and prizes encourage real character development.  Campers get Ultimate discs and high quality tech jerseys to keep.  Boys and girls welcome; no experience required.

Registration for Pittsburgh Ultimate 2012 Summer League is closing on Wednesday, May 16 at 11:59pm!  The Monday division is nearing capacity, and the Wednesday and Saturday divisions are filling up quickly.  The league will run from June 6 through August 15.  More information is available at the league pages, listed below.

Summer League 2012 Registration is OPEN!

Registration for Pittsburgh Ultimate 2012 Summer League is now open!  The league will run from June 6 through August 15.  Registration closes on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 11:59pm - any registrations after that date will be wait listed.  More information is available at the league pages, listed below.

Mars 2012 Registration is Open!

Mars will be June 29 - July 1 this year.  Registration for teams is now open at the Mars Website.

Spring League Teams and Schedule are posted

The Spring League draft occured tonight, 3/27/2012!  Teams and schedules have been determined and posted on the Spring League Website.  Games will be held on Monday nights at Monongahela Field and Sullivan Field.

PHUL Girls Skills Clinic a Success

On March 11, PHUL hosted a skills clinic available to all girls in middle or high school in the Pittsburgh Area. It was held at Penn State Greater Allegheny and run by the Pittsburgh Women's Club team, Hot Metal. Over 35 girls attended and a lot of ultimate wisdom was shared!

Thanks to all who attended as well as Hot Metal for volunteering your time!


Alpaca Bowl Wins 2012 Winter League

Congratulations to Alpaca Bowl, the 2012 CPU Winter League Champions!  Alpaca Bowl finished the season with a 14-2 record, defeating Harmar Globetrotters in the championship game with a score of 15-14.

2012 brought one of the most competive seasons to date, with several top contenders for the championship title.
